Building Program
In the past three years, an extensive re-development of facilities has commenced, with new Primary and Secondary buildings opened in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
The significant transformation of the Primary school includes 16 new classrooms, bathroom facilities, a computer lab and a refurbished Primary Library. Ongoing improvements to the Secondary school include a new building containing 9 classrooms, art studios, a computer lab, a seminar room and a $1.36 million Trade Skills Centre funded by the Federal Government’s Trade Skills Centres program. This program will teach Engineering and Construction to our students and greatly expand the range of technical subjects offered to the secondary school. Both facilities will be completed for the commencement of the 2015 academic year.
In the late months of 2003 and progressing into 2004, the school began construction of a double storey 15 classroom structure. The classrooms are being used by several faculties, including HSIE, Maths, Religious Studies and Computing. This greatly improved the teaching environment for both students and staff.
