Variety Night
Variety Night at Georges River Grammar gives students an opportunity to showcase any range of talent that they posses at Bankstown Sports Club in September. If a student wishes to participate in the evening, they will be asked to go through an auditioning process to ensure that a high standard is sustained and presented.
This major performing arts event invites all family and friends to enjoy the performances whether it be vocal, instrumental solo or ensemble, rock group or dance. In addition, to promote further participation, it has become a tradition that Year 7 put together an opening performance where each student either sings, dances or plays an instrument.

Drama Night
Drama at Georges River Grammar was usually a talent showcased at Variety Night. But due to Drama being an independent and separate subject on its own, it became clearer that the subject had a lot more to offer then just a few performances. Drama night is a night full of excitement, tension and talent. It allows the drama students to perform in front of a real crowd and gives them a chance to experience the spotlight.
It is the Year 10 Drama students who plan and organize the whole running of the night and every year there is usually a different theme. Parents, teachers, students and friends are all welcome to attend this enjoy full night.
